Anchor, the Mammoth is a 4-piece indie rock band from the southeast side of Houston, TX. Having performed in Houston since early 2017, these foos have also traveled to San Antonio, Dallas, San Marcos, Austin, Los Angeles, San Leon, Santa Ana, Las Cruces and Las Vegas to share their music. Anchor has opened for national and Grammy nominated acts, headlined countless of shows in the Texas area, and played in some of Houston’s most prominent music venues.

The band draws inspiration from a variety of bands and artists such as Modest Mouse, HRVRD, and Curtis Mayfield to name a few.

Anchor, the Mammoth consists of Meño, Bert, Lu, and Poche.
